1. Oppo Enco M32
Pros
Fast charging support
Magnetic earbuds
Comfort fit design
Cons
No LDAC/AptX codec support
Oppo Enco M32 is hailed as the successor of the much appreciated original Enco M31 wireless earphone.
Priced a couple of hundred rupees lesser than the Oppo Enco M31, does this wireless earphone have what it takes to keep up the name of its elder brother?
Design and Build Quality
The Oppo Enco M32 looks and feels slightly different from the Enco M31. The build material is plastic and the fit and finish of the construction are decent.
The flexible band wraps around the neck quite comfortably and can take a few beatings without any damage.
The earpieces are magnetic and the magnetic action also helps in automatic Bluetooth connectivity with the host device.
When you detach the earbuds, it gets connected with the device, provided the Bluetooth is turned on and when they are attached, the connection terminates.
Speaking of the build quality, the Oppo Enco M32 comes certified with IP55 dust and water resistance for outdoor use.
Sound Quality
In terms of overall sound quality, the Oppo Enco M32 fares decently for the price at which it is offered.
One major downgrade of this budget wireless earphone, when compared with the lack of LDAC codec support, was one of the highlights of the Oppo Enco M31.
The bass notes sound very deep and clean, so are the vocals. The treble seems to be on the lighter side, but overall the sound quality is very pleasing.
In-line Remote and Microphone
The call quality from the Enco M32 is one of the best in its price segment. The voice sounds clean and undistorted on either end.
The inline remote has dedicated volume rockers and a multifunction center button for other playback controls.
Battery Life
The main drawback of the Oppo Enco M31 was its better life. Now with the Enco M32, Oppo has rectified that.
The Enco M32 will last up to 28 hours on a single full charge at medium volume level.
The Type-C charging port lets you quickly charge this wireless earphone from 0-100 within 35 minutes.
Verdict
The Oppo Enco M32 is one of the best wireless earphones that you can buy for a budget of Rs.2000 in the Indian market as of now.
The sound output with rich, clean bass and the long lasting battery life makes it a champion in its price segment.

You don’t need any introduction about the OnePlus brand right?
OnePlus, one of the popular flagship budget smartphone manufacturers has been marketing some of their branded accessories such as earphones for a while now, but most of them came at a premium price tag.
The OnePlus Bullets Wireless is a budget in-ear styled Bluetooth earphone priced under Rs.2,000 featuring a slew of features which makes it one of the best buys in its segment.
Build Quality
The OnePlus Bullets Z carried forward the signature picture-perfect design when it comes to the other OnePlus products.
From the angled earpiece design to the red accents on the inline remote, you will notice the pleasant OnePlus vibe right away.
The flexible headband is very soft and poses no threat to the wearing comfort whatsoever.
The angled earpiece might seem a bit unconventional for those with smaller ears, but certainly not a deal-breaker.
The earpieces are magnetic and can be attached after use to prevent tangling of the same. In OnePlus smartphones, this feature also doubles up in pausing and playing the music playback.
Overall, the construction feels very durable and the design is very classy and premium for the price.
Sound Quality
The OnePlus Wireless Z delivers a tonally balanced sound output with perfectly complimenting bass and treble notes. The vocals come out clean and crisp as well.
If you are looking for a wireless earphone with a pronounced deep bass, then you might want to know this earphone isn’t for you.
This wireless earphone priced under Rs.2,000 comes with AAC support but no aptX yet like its elder brother Oneplus Bullets 2.
There is no sound distortion whatsoever but it is always advisable to listen to music at a moderate volume.
Miscellaneous
The company claims that this earphone is waterproof, so we guess it will be fine to be used outdoors under minor drizzles and rain.
The OnePlus fanatic mode which is built into the system ensures low latency audio while gaming.
“Low latency audio” ensures that there is no delay between the actual music playback and the actual moment when you hear the sound. Latency is usually a problem with Bluetooth audio streaming in general.
The inline remote is very feature-rich and has dedicated volume buttons. The microphone on this device offers decent in-call audio during hands-free voice calls.
The Bullets Wireless Z also features multiple pairing options. You can switch between the devices just with a double press on the power button.
Battery Life
The OnePlus Wireless Z offers up to 20 hours of music playback on a single charge.
This device also supports the OnePlus warp charge feature which will let you juice up the earphone for just 10 minutes and continue listening for up to 10 hours.
Verdict
The OnePlus Bullets Wireless Z is a feature-rich wireless earphone with a pleasant sound output quality.
Additional features such as warp charge support and multi-pairing options make it a worthwhile product to purchase for Rs.2,000.

3. Mi Neckband Pro
Wireless Earphone with ANC
- Bass-heavy sound output
- Long-lasting battery life
- Comfortable in-ear design
Pros
Comfortable neckband
Magnetic earbuds
Decent quality microphone
Cons
Outdated micro-USB charging port
The Mi Neckband Pro is one of the most recent audio product launches from Xiaomi in the Indian market.
Priced at just Rs.1,799, Mi Neckband Pro is on a mission to capture back some of the market share it has lost to Realme in the audio devices segment.
Loaded with the active noise cancellation (ANC) feature, how does the Mi neckband Pro stack up against its rivals? Let’s see.
Build Quality
The Mi Neckband Pro looks almost identical to many other neckband style earphones we have seen in the past.
The rubber neckband portion with plastic end compartments has decent quality, to say the least. The neckband is flexible and comfortable enough to be worn around the neck for long periods at a stretch.
The earpieces themselves look similar to that of the Redmi earphones but have an interesting pointy cap design on the right one and an indented cap design on the left.
These earpieces are magnetic and can be attached when not in use. The one side pointy end fits in well to the indented portion of the left earpiece, thereby offering a secure lock.
All the control buttons on this wireless earphone are located on the right side of the end compartment. There is a micro-USB charging port hidden under a rubber flap on the right side. Unfortunately, Xiaomi missed out on adding a modern Type-C port.
This is an IPX5 certified wireless earphone that can be taken outdoors even under light rains without any problem whatsoever.
Speakers
The Mi Neckband Pro features 10mm speaker drivers that deliver a sound signature with emphasis on the bass notes. While the vocals are clear and distinct, at times the bass feels a bit overpowering.
There is only a minimal distortion in sound output even at higher volume levels with this earphone. The treble notes blend well with the vocals and the overall sound quality feels quite decent for the price.
Active Noise Cancellation
The Mi Neckband Pro is the cheapest wireless earphone in India with ANC on board. Xiaomi claims that this earphone can block ambient noises up to 25dB.
The performance with ANC turned on, as expected can be termed decent but not something groundbreaking. Along with ANC, Xiaomi has also added ENC (Environment Noise Cancellation).
Both the ANC and the ENC block out the background noise somewhat which is quite okay given the affordable price tag this earphone comes to the market with.
Battery Life
The Mi Neckband Pro is powered by a 150mAh battery inside that is rated to last up to 20 hours of music playback with ANC turned on.
Depending on the volume levels at which you are listening, expect this number to come down or go up.
Verdict
The Mi Neckband Pro is the cheapest wireless earphone available in the Indian market with ANC.
The sound signature emphasized on bass notes feels decent and the wearing comfort adds to the overall value for money proposition of this product.

The inline mic does a good job with voice calls. The sound distortion is minimal and both the sides are audible well and clear when used indoors.

Hi, Can you describe about the noice cancelling and call quality in Sony WI-C200 Wireless In-Ear Headphones. And also SONY or JBL is best for this price?
Thank you
Hi Boby!
The Sony WI-C200 (Link – https://amzn.to/3g2HuVu) is a decent wireless neckband style earphone for a budget under Rs.2,000. Since the earpiece of this wireless neckband features an in-ear design with comfortable silicone tips, the earbuds fit perfectly flush inside the ear canals and offer decent passive noise cancellation. The call quality is okayish with the voice on either end being loud and audible but with slight distortions that’s to be expected when calling from a place with ambient noise around. Between the Sony and JBL earphones, we’d suggest the Sony when it comes to wireless neckbands.
Nice article bro
Hi, I am looking for bluetooth earphones with good outdoor call quality, decent battery life, well in budget somewhere under 2500, compatible with iOS and noise cancellation not mandatory though but if available will be cherry on the cake.
